Crunchyroll To Stream “Moyashimon Returns” Anime
Crunchyroll has added another chess piece to their big board of summer anime as Moyashimon Returns, based on the award winning manga by Masayuki Ishikawa, is set to debut soon on the site.
JManga to Launch Unlimited Access Digital Manga Site
The company behind the digital manga site JManga.com is working on plans to offer readers unlimited access, for a limited time, to individual chapters of a wide variety of new and older manga. The site, which has not yet been named, will launch with 20 titles. Access would be free, but for a subscription fee, users will be able to access material faster and possibly avoid ads.

Media Blasters Licenses Aki Sora: Yume No Naka Anime
North American anime distributor Media Blasters announced on Tuesday that it acquired the original video anime project Aki Sora: Yume no Naka. Media Blasters plans to put the anime under its Kitty Media label, with more release details to be decided later.
Crunchyroll To Stream “Nakaimo~My Little Sister is Among Them!”
The latest addition to Crunchyroll’s summer anime lineup poses an interesting dilemma, to say the very least. Nakaimo ~ My Little Sister is Among Them! will be available soon, with episodes streaming every Friday at 8:30pm PDT.
Discotek Announces Two License Rescues
Discotek has announced its acquisition of the Lupin the Third: Secret of Mamo movie and the Golden Boy OVA series. The 1978 first Lupin III feature film will be released next year with original Japanese audio and all four existing English dubs (Toho, Manga UK, Streamline, Geneon).

Manga Entertainment Unveil New Licenses at MCM Manchester Comic Con

Hunter X Hunter: Phantom Rouge Film To Open In January
The upcoming Hunter x Hunter film, titled Gekij?ban Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rouge, will open in theaters in Japan on January 12, 2013. The film’s staff have noted that the film will be a “dramatic action” film.
Tail of the Moon’s Ueda to Launch Sakura Juuyuushi Manga
This year’s 17th issue of Shueisha’s Margaret manga anthology will begin serialization on Rinko Ueda’s (Tail of the Moon, Stepping on Roses) Sakura J?y?shi romance manga on August 4. The manga revolves around the Sakura household, which has since ancient times worked as sake brewers. One day the daughter of the household finds a katana in her family’s warehouse and when she unsheathes it, the sword starts to shine.
Real Bout High School’s Sora Inoue Starts Soccer Manga
This year’s 15th issue of Hakusensha’s Young Animal magazine will feature the debut of Samurai Girl Real Bout High School artist Sora Inoue’s new manga, My Ball. The romantic comedy follows a female high school student’s day-to-day activities in the school soccer club. The August issue of Young Animal is scheduled to go on sale on July 27.
Code: Breaker OADs Announced
Kadokawa has announced that the 22nd, 23rd, and 24th volumes of Akimine Kamijyo’s supernatural suspense manga Code:Breaker will be released in limited editions that include exclusive OVAs.
Japan Media Arts Festival Now Accepting Entries
Entries for the 16th Japan Media Arts Festival are now being accepted through Sept. 20. Hosted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, the festival recognizes works of excellence in the art, entertainment, animation and manga divisions to give much-deserved exposure to these areas and raise their profile.
